Police Reports

Police Reports including Traffic Accidents Reports are available at Kersey Town Hall Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed holidays and weekends). To obtain a report in our office you must have the following:

  • A valid photo ID

The administrative fee for reports is $5.00, plus $0.25 per page copied from the report. 

The LexisNexis System is no longer available for online reports. You must fill out a report request form at Kersey Town Hall. You can download the request form here and return to Kersey Town Hall during business hours.

In order to obtain a report, you must:

  • Be an Involved person in the accident
  • Parent of Involved Juveniles
  • Owner of Involved Vehicle
  • Insurance Companies of Involved persons
  • Employer of Involved Person (If on company time)
  • Authorized Legal Representation of an Involved Party
